My name is Jon Robertson. I’m a husband, father, entrepreneur, and follower of Jesus. For years, I wrestled with the tension between a desire to serve God and a career that didn’t look like traditional ministry. But through Scripture and life experience, I’ve come to understand a powerful truth: the work we do outside the church can be just as sacred as the work done within it. Jesus Himself spent most of His earthly life working with His hands in a carpenter’s shop—and He called it the Father’s business.

 

This site was born out of my heart’s desire to help others like me—those who know they’re called by God but feel out of place in the usual ministry mold. Here, you’ll find encouragement, biblical teaching, practical insights, and a growing community of believers who are learning to honor God in the marketplace, the office, the shop floor, and the home.
